A drink to quickly strengthen the immune system: tea with turmeric, ginger and garlic

  • Water - 1 L;
  • Ground turmeric - ½ tbsp. l .;
  • Fresh ginger - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • Garlic - 1 clove;
  • Lemon - 2 pcs.;
  • Black peppercorns - 5 pcs.;
  • Cayenne pepper - to taste.

1. Bring water to a boil, peel ginger.


2. Squeeze juice , chop finely ginger, peel and chop garlic.


3. Mix all the ingredients within the kettle, pour in predicament and let it brew for 10 minutes.


Drink 1 cup 3 times each day .
This tea restores immunity and relieves inflammation. it's effective for coughing, colds, high fever, symptoms of acute respiratory infections, pharyngitis , etc.
